About Me

I’m Eli, and I believe that life is all about balance. For a long time, the fitness world told us it had to be "all or nothing"—strictly green juice and 5 AM workouts with no room for indulgence.

I decided to write a different story.

Run Then Wine was born out of a simple philosophy: You can train hard, hit your mileage, and take care of your body, while still savoring a bold Malbec or a crisp Chardonnay at the end of the day. Balance isn’t a reward you earn; it’s the lifestyle that makes the journey sustainable.

Our mission

My goal is to help you find joy in the movement and relaxation in the moment. We run for our health, we run for our heads, and we toast because life is meant to be celebrated.

So, lace up your shoes, hit the pavement, and I’ll meet you at the finish line.

Cheers to the miles and the memories.

Why Run then Wine?

started this blog because I wanted to build a community for the "realistic runner." Whether you’re training for your first 5K in the town, or you're a seasoned marathoner who knows that the best post-race recovery involves a great glass of wine and good company, you belong here.
